First, i'd like to thank you all for your patience who were waiting this sunday morning while we upgraded our server infrastructure. This is a major enhancement in terms of service quality and system response time. It is also a prerequisite for delivering new features to Edicy even more quickly than ever before.
Here's what we did. First, we moved our MySQL customer database into a new, shiny, dedicated server. It has more memory which is delicious for MySQL. And second, there's now more application server cluster members to handle the increasing number of requests.

As simple as that. In practice, it is a result of two-week rumbling because we had to rewrite a part of Edicy's architecture. We're tired but happy to know that our service has been brought to the next level.
